Cancellation & Refunds

At EasySocial.io, we are committed to providing high-quality WhatsApp API solutions, integrations, and end-to-end management services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request cancellations or refunds for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy Subscription Cancellation Customers may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting our support team via email or live chat. Cancellation requests are processed to take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
One-Time Services Payments made for one-time setup, integration, or custom development services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Contractual Agreements Enterprise clients, resellers, and white-label partners who enter into a contractual agreement with a one-year lock-in period are required to fulfill the complete term. Early termination does not qualify for a refund.
Plan Downgrades We currently do not support partial cancellations or downgrades of plans during an active billing period.
Refund Policy Eligibility Refunds may be requested if the following conditions are met:
- The customer has not used a free trial or lifetime free plan prior to purchasing.
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial payment.
- The service promised was not delivered due to technical issues.
- The customer purchased an incorrect plan by mistake.
- The issue faced remains unresolved for over 30 days despite support intervention.
- Refunds are not issued after 14 days unless a valid service-related issue remains unresolved for more than 30 days.
Refunds for Unused Credits Customers who have purchased prepaid credits or wallet recharges may request a refund for unused balances. A 4% deduction will apply to account for payment gateway charges.
Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If there is a technical issue preventing the refund to the original source, we may request the customer to provide an alternate payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation. Deductions Refunds requested within 7 days of payment will not be subject to any deduction. Refunds requested after 7 days will incur a 4% deduction to cover two-way payment gateway processing fees.
Third-Party Services EasySocial.io integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp. Charges levied by these partners are non-refundable and are governed by their individual policies. EasySocial is not liable for refunds related to these third-party fees.
Disputes and Chargebacks We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any billing-related concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Unfounded or malicious chargebacks may result in service suspension and further investigation.
