Implementing MM Lite API to improve marketing message delivery rate.

In recent times, many users have observed a noticeable drop in marketing message delivery rates on WhatsApp API, which has become a concern across for avid marketers.
At EasySocial, we are committed to continually enhancing the user experience. As part of this commitment, we are rolling out major technical improvement designed to significantly boost your marketing message delivery rates.

These enhancements will take effect starting 1st July 2025.

How to Enable Marketing Optimisation
To take advantage of this improvement, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Broadcast Menu
You will see a popup prompting you to enable marketing optimisation.
Click on "Allow Marketing Optimisation."

Step 2: Open the Request Section 
Visit: https://business.facebook.com , followed by "Settings" menu.

Step 3: Respond to EasySocial's Request
Look for a request from EasySocial and click on “Respond.”

Step 4: Review Terms and Conditions
A popup will appear with the Terms and Services.
Read through them and click “Continue.”

Step 5: Complete the Setup
Finally, click “Finish” to complete the configuration.

✅ You have now successfully enabled Marketing Optimisation for your account.
