EasySocial White Label Partner Program

This agreement ("Terms") outlines the conditions under which Evolvenext Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Evolvenext"), dba EasySocial ("EasySocial"), offers its White Label WhatsApp Chatbot and Marketing Platform ("Platform") to you, the Partner ("you" or "your").

By signing up for the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services and Fees

1.1 EasySocial provides you with a White Labeled version of the Platform, allowing you to offer our services under your brand name.

1.2 While onboarding, you must pre-load your wallet with Rs. 25,000 in India and $300 in other countries. These funds can be used for:

Purchasing subscriptions for your customers.
Adding funds to your individual wallets.
Paying for additional services.
This pre-load amount is non-refundable
Govt. taxes will be applicable as per standard rates.

1.3 In case of fore-closure of account initiated by the partner, when the partner has not consumed the entire wallet amount will be deducted as account provisioning fee.

1.4 If the partner costumes the entire wallet amount, i.e. Rs. 25,000 and $300 (in india and rest of the world respectively) in one year of signing up, the partnership will be automatically extended for the next. The partner must spend the said amount each year to retain their partnership title, in case the partner has been unable to spend the said amount in one year, and wishes to manually extend the partnership to the next year, they may do so by paying an extension fee of Rs. 12,499 or $149 for India and rest of the world respectively, this would extend the partnership tenure by 1 year from the date of expiry.

Wallet & Transactions: You can withdraw any amount beyond the pre-load amount from your wallet at any time, subject to a deduction of 5% transaction fee.

Data Protection & Privacy

2.1 EasySocial is committed to protecting user data. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Collecting and storing user data only with explicit consent.
Implementing appropriate security measures to protect user data.
Providing users with access to and control over their data.

Partner Responsibilities

3.1 Non-Compete: You agree not to use any other white-label WhatsApp chatbot and marketing platform product alongside EasySocial.

3.2 Billing & Taxation: You are solely responsible for billing your customers, collecting payments, and adhering to all government regulations and taxation requirements.

3.3 Customer Onboarding: You will only onboard legitimate businesses after conducting a thorough background check. This includes verifying:

Business registration certificate or taxation certificate.
Proof of identity of the account holder.
Contact details.

3.4 Legal Compliance: You agree to cooperate with legal entities in case of any scrutiny.

3.5 Data Deletion: Upon termination of your account, all customer data will be permanently deleted after the running tenure of onboarded customers ends. You cannot onboard new customers or access benefits during this period.

3.6 Marketing & Branding: You can market your service through various channels. However, you cannot:

Claim to be a Business Service Provider (BSP) or Official Meta Partner.
Use any logos or branding that implies the above.

Partner Support & Suggestions

4.1 Support: You can raise concerns for priority support at partners@easysocial.io. We aim to provide a response or resolution within 24-48 hours.

4.2 Feature Suggestions: You can suggest improvements to the Partner Platform at partners@easysocial.io. We will consider implementing valuable suggestions to benefit all users.

Meta Platform & Pricing

5.1 EasySocial is built on Meta APIs. We have no control over Meta's pricing, decisions, or platform changes. You agree to cooperate with any changes Meta implements.

5.2 Special Pricing: EasySocial may offer promotional pricing or partner-specific discounts. The management's discretion is final regarding offers and eligible partners.

Termination

These Terms may be terminated by either party upon written notice. Upon termination, all access to the Platform will be revoked, and the data deletion process will commence as per Section 3.5.

Disclaimer

EasySocial is not liable if a customer purchases services from other providers or EasySocial directly.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolvenext Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Amendment

Evolvenext Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We will provide notice of such amendments through the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after the amendments are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

By signing up for the EasySocial White Label Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to become a White Label Partner.
