Navigation by Keyword
The "Navigation by Keyword" option is available above the additional options and allows direct navigation to specific nodes using keywords. This feature is active for essential nodes like basic message, all interactive nodes, and certain utility nodes such as True or False, If/Else, and Lead Data Field Utility. Enabling this option enhances navigation efficiency by targeting specific nodes based on keywords.
When the "Navigation by Keyword" option is enabled, you can assign up to 10 keywords. In order to make a keyword , you would need to type in the keyword and press enter. For example, if a node has "Navigation by Keyword" enabled , and the keywords are set as "help" and "support," and if any user sends a message containing phrases like "I want help," "Help," , "Support" or "I need support" it will automatically redirect to the particular node. This feature ensures a smoother user experience where the user can intuitively navigate directly to a certain section of the chatbot.
NOTE: The Navigation by Keyword would not work if ChatGPT node is active.
