Data Table

A data table allows you to collect structured responses by mapping multiple contact fields in a tabular format. You can also change the sequence of fields as per your requirement.

For example, if you run a broadcast asking users for specific details—such as name, email, and location—and store these responses in different contact fields, you can map them into a table by selecting the relevant fields.

After selecting the required fields, click on "Generate Outcome", and a data table will be created, displaying the responses in a structured format.

Poll

A poll allows you to map the outcome based on a single contact field. This is ideal when capturing user intent using a single contact field, as it directly saves the user’s response into it.

For example, if you send a message asking customers to rate the services provided, their responses can be saved in a contact field. By mapping this field in a poll, the poll will automatically update whenever a customer submits a response.

Once configured, click on "Generate Outcome", and the system will create a poll that updates in real time based on incoming responses.
