External Weblink
Purpose
The External Web Link node allows you to open a website directly from your chatbot. This node includes a button that redirects users to a specified URL.
Steps to Set Up the External Web Link Node
1. Select the Node
- In your chatbot flow, select the External Web Link node.
- This node allows only one website URL button.
2. Add Node Details
- Node Title: Enter a relevant title (e.g., "Pricing").
- Header: Provide a short header text that describes the purpose of the link (e.g., "Easy Social Pricing").
- Message: Write a brief message to engage users and provide context (e.g., "EasySocial plans start at ₹249/month! Explore exciting plans tailored to your needs.").
3. Add the Link
- In the Button Details section:
Label: Set the button text (e.g., "View Pricing").
External URL: Enter the full website URL (e.g., "https://easysocial.io/pricing").
Ensure the URL starts with http:// or https://.
5. Save and Test
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Test the chatbot to ensure the link works correctly.
This setup ensures users can easily access external web pages directly from the chatbot conversation.
