While many businesses use WhatsApp to generate leads, there’s a growing audience that prefers Instagram for business inquiries. With the launch of our Instagram Chatbot, you can now capture and convert leads directly on Instagram, ensuring that no potential customer slips through the cracks.

To locate this feature:

1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

2. In the Settings menu, find Chatbot Platforms on the left side of the screen.

3. Under Chatbot Platforms, select Instagram.

4. Within Instagram, you’ll find several features, including Chatbot Builder.

5. Click on Chatbot Builder to be redirected to the chatbot workspace, which has a similar layout to WhatsApp’s.

6. Here, you can build a customized chatbot for Instagram to generate valuable leads for your business.

Note: The Instagram chatbot builder offers a limited set of features compared to the WhatsApp chatbot but provides enough ways to automate conversation on Instagram with your potential enquiries that visit this platform.
