Steps to Create a New Custom Template Message
1. Navigate to the Templates Section
- Log in to your Easy Social account.
- Click on the profile button at the top right corner and select Settings.
- In the settings menu, click on Chatbot Platform.
- Select WhatsApp, then click on Template Message.
- Click New Template Message to start creating your template.
2. Enter Template Details
- Template Name: Enter a unique name (without spaces or capital letters).
- Template Category: Choose from Marketing or Utility.
- Template Type: Select Custom - Media & Interactive
- Language: Set the default language (e.g., English).
- Click Next to proceed.
3. Add Content to Your Template
- Header (Optional): Upload an image, video, or document.
- Body: Enter your message with text, emojis, and placeholders.
4. Add Call-to-Action & Interactive Buttons
- Visit Website: Enter the URL where users will be redirected.
- Call Phone Number: Allow users to contact support or sales directly.
- Enable URL Click Tracking if required.
5. Preview and Submit
- Review the template preview on the left panel.
- Click Submit to send the template for approval.
- Meta will review and approve the template within a few seconds.
6. Approved Templates
- Once approved, the template will be available for use.
- You can track and manage approved templates in the Templates section.

- Text: Max 60 characters
- Image Size: Max 1 MB
- Video Size: Max 9.54 MB
- Document Size: Max 100 MB
Message Body:
- Max 1024 characters
Footer Section:
- Max 60 characters
Call-to-Action Buttons list:
- 5 Quick Reply Buttons (Max 25 characters each)
- 1 Stop Promotions Button (Max 25 characters)
