Broadcast via Segment

Bulk broadcasting via segment in EasySocial allows you to target audiences based on lead recency, enabling precise and timely communication. By segmenting leads according to when they were acquired—such as today, within the past week, or over the past month—you can tailor messages to engage the most relevant groups. This flexible approach ensures that your broadcast reaches only the leads most likely to engage, making your outreach more strategic and effective. With segmented bulk broadcasting, you can maintain customer engagement in a way that feels timely and personalized.

Step 4: Next, either pick an existing template or create a fresh one. If you choose to create a new template, you’ll be guided to a page with pre-approved options, or you can craft your own! Not sure how to design a template? No problem! Check out our detailed guide here
Step 5: Now, define the variables in your template. You can either input custom values or use the “Use value from Lead Data Field” toggle to personalize the message with information specific to each lead. This helps you send truly personalized messages!

Step 7: To ensure your messages reach their destination without delays, enable the “Automatically re-send the message later to manage 'healthy ecosystem'” option. This feature will automatically retry sending undelivered messages over a 4-48 hour period, boosting delivery rates and ensuring your important messages get through.
