Error – “This message was not delivered to maintain healthy ecosystem engagement.”

Why does this error occur?
WhatsApp may limit how many marketing template messages a person receives from a business within a set period, beginning with conversations that are less likely to be read. Soon, fewer messages will be sent to users who are less likely to engage.

Its importance?
WhatsApp has found that per-user marketing message limits boost engagement and improve user experience by increasing read rates and positive sentiment. This approach helps users find business messages more valuable and reduces the feeling of receiving too many.

How This Affects Your Business? 
The limit applies only to marketing template messages that open a new conversation. If a marketing conversation is already open with a user, you can send one additional template message, and further messages can only be sent if the user responds.

How do we notify the error?
If a marketing template message isn’t delivered due to the limit, EasySocial will show the error: “This message was not delivered to maintain a healthy ecosystem”, next to the undelivered message.
