Introduction:
EasySocial provides a seamless onboarding solution for white-label partners, making it simple to integrate and manage customer registrations, plan selections, and payments. With EasySocial, partners can offer a smooth onboarding experience that automates key steps from user sign-up to payment processing and business activation.

Step 1:
The user begins the onboarding process by visiting the partner's website.

Step 2:
A list of available plans, pulled directly from the partner’s EasySocial database, is presented to the user. The website also features options to sign up, along with pages detailing features, about information, and more.

Step 3:
The user selects a plan that suits their needs and proceeds to the sign-up process, where both personal and business details are collected.

Step 4:
The user’s information is then saved in the partner’s local database on their website.

Step 5:
Next, the user moves to the payment process via a payment gateway. If the payment fails, the user will need to reattempt. Once the payment is successfully completed, a request is sent to the EasySocial API, which creates the user account and activates the business with the selected plan.

Step 6:
After the API is triggered, a new user is created, the business account is activated with the chosen plan, and the appropriate amount is deducted from the partner’s wallet.
