Steps to Create an Order Detail Template Message
1. Navigate to the Templates Section
- Log in to your Easy Social account.
- Click on the profile button at the top right corner and select Settings.
- In the settings menu, click on Chatbot Platform.
- Select WhatsApp, then click on Template Message.
- Click New Template Message to start creating your template.
2. Enter Template Details
- Template Name: Enter a unique name (without spaces or capital letters).
- Template Category: Choose Utility.
- Template Type: Select Order Detail
- Language: Set the default language (e.g., English).
- Click Next to proceed.
3. Add Content to Your Template
- Header (Optional): Toggle to enable or disable. Text or Image
- Body: Enter your message with text, emojis, and placeholders.
- Footer (Optional): Enter your text.
4. Preview and Submit
- Review the template preview on the left panel.
- Click Submit to send the template for approval.
- Meta will review and approve the template within a few seconds.
5. Approved Templates
- Once approved, the template will be available for use.
- You can track and manage approved templates in the Templates section.
