How It Works

- The user configures multiple chatflows within the chatbot system can create a core chatflow from where the conversations can be redirected to other chatflows. When you have completely utilized the number of chatflow nodes, you can use this node to build extended capabilities - When the customer reaches this node, they are seamlessly redirected to another chatflow as defined by the user.

Use Case Example

Imagine a business offering multiple services, such as:

  • Cab Booking
