In order to start a conversation with a user a business needs to send a Template Message. Once the Template Message is sent, it creates a conversation which is a 24 Hour window, in which more messages can be exchanged between a business and the customer. A conversation can also be initiated when a user initiates a message on his own, in this case Template Messages are not required.
