Steps to Create a New Carousel Template Message

1. Navigate to the Templates Section

• Log in to your Easy Social account.
• Click on the profile button at the top right corner and select Settings.
• In the settings menu, click on Chatbot Platform.
• Select WhatsApp, then click on Template Message.
• Click New Template Message to start creating your template.

2. Enter Template Details

• Template Name: Enter a unique name (without spaces or capital letters).
• Template Category: Choose Marketing.
• Template Type: Select Carousel 
• Language: Set the default language (e.g., English).
• Click Next to proceed.

3. Add Content to Your Template

• Body: Enter your message with text, emojis, and placeholders. Example: 
  • 📢 Discover Our Latest Collection! ✨ Swipe through our carousel to explore top fashion trends for 2025! 🛍️
• Carousel Cards: Click Add New Card and configure each card with: 
  • Header Type (Image or Video)
  • Card Body (Max 160 characters per card)
  • Buttons (Quick Replies or Visit Website)

4. Preview and Submit

• Review the template preview on the left panel.
• Click Submit to send the template for approval.
• Meta will review and approve the template within a few seconds.

5. Approved Templates

• Once approved, the template will be available for use.
• You can track and manage approved templates in the Templates section.

Key Points to Remember for Carousel Templates

Carousel Cards:

• Header Section: 
  • Image Size: Max 1 MB
  • Video Size: Max 9.54 MB
• Message Body: 
  • Max 1024 characters per card
• Quick Reply Button: 
  • Max 25 characters
• Call-to-Action Buttons: 
  • Button Label Length: Max 25 characters
  • URL Length: Max 2000 characters

•         You only need to create the layout for the first card. All the other cards should follow the same layout. For example, if the first button on the first card is "Visit Website" and the second button is "Custom Quick Reply," then all other cards should have the same button arrangement. You can only change the links and specific details on the other cards.
•        The button sequence on all other cards will match the first card exactly. Only the links and specific details will be different.
