Adding new business

Introduction

Welcome to EasySocial’s Partner Portal! This guide will walk you through the onboarding process, from logging in to creating a new user and setting up businesses. Follow the steps below to get started efficiently.

Step 1: Logging into the Partner Panel

  1. Navigate to the EasySocial Partner Panel using this link: partners.easysocial.io.
  2. Enter your credentials:
    • Email:[Your Email]
    • Password: [Your Password]
  3. Click the LOGIN button.

Step 2: Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard where you can view key metrics like wallet balance, active businesses, and revenue.

Key elements

  • Dashboard: Overview of business performance.
  • Businesses: Manage all associated businesses.
  • Users: Manage and create new users.
  • Wallet: Access your wallet details.
  • Plans: View available plans.

Step 3: Accessing the Users Section

  1. From the top navigation bar, click on Users.
  2. You will see a list of existing users with their details like name, phone, and email.
  3. To add a new user, click on the CREATE USER button on the right.

Step 4: Creating a New User

  1. Fill in the new user’s details in the provided form:
    • Name: Full name of the user.
    • Email: User’s email address.
    • Country: User’s country.
    • Mobile Number: Contact number.
    • Address: User’s complete address.
    • State, City, and Pincode as required.
    • Password: Create a password for the user.
  2. Click SUBMIT to save the user.

Confirmation

You will be redirected back to the Users page, and the new user will be listed.

Step 5: Managing and Filtering Businesses

  1. Navigate to the Businesses section from the top navigation.
  2. You can filter businesses by their status:
    • All: View all businesses.
    • Active: Currently active businesses.
    • Paying: Businesses on paid plans.
    • Expired: Businesses with expire
  3. Select "All" from the options.

Step 6: Creating a New Business

  1. From the Businesses section, click on CREATE BUSINESS.
  2. Fill in the required business details:
    • User: Select the associated user from the dropdown.
    • Industry: Choose the business industry.
    • Website: Provide the business’s website (if applicable).
    • Business Name: Enter the name of the business.
    • Mobile Number, Address, State, City, and Pincode.
  3. Click SUBMIT.

Final Step: Confirmation

Once the business is created, it will be displayed in the list of businesses. You can now manage this business from the Partner Panel.
